About Raymond

"I trained as a sculptor at RMIT before returning to teach for financial reasons. I then completed Post-Graduate studies, winning the National Art Students Prize for Painting. During the past decade I resumed printmaking, mainly linocuts, using the facilities of the Australian Print Workshop, Melbourne, for which I have won a number of prizes, including the Geelong Print Prize, the Maritime Art Award and I have been acquired twice from the Silk Cut Linocut Print Prize, which have gone into the collection of the National Gallery of Australia.

"My prints and paintings have been included in numerous prizes and groups exhibitions around Australia.

"I am currently completing a Master of Contemporary Art at the Victorian College of the Arts".
