We are hoping to share with creative types, eg designer, web , pr, etc, and we have three spare existing desks / stations and space for more work stations/ desks.

At this stage there are two desks in the main, large and light-filled room and two in the back room (see photos of both).

The monthly rent for the desks in the front, light room is $500 (per person), with $400 for the desk in the back room. This back room doesn’t get as much natural light as the front so would suit an editor/ small post-production team.

I work in film, and run a short film/music video night at ACMI.

There is a shared kitchen, meeting room, wireless fast internet, 24 hour access, secure bike parking. All is included in the monthly rent (as are electricity, rates etc..)
