    Pricing Terms

    Price is per workstation and includes furniture, wifi internet, meeting room access, cleaning and electricity. Payable monthly in advance. $100 bond for afterhours security access pass. Up to 30% rent relief is available until the end of September 2020 on minimum 6 month commitment.
