    Designed, created, curated and happy new home to a community of creative services folk, our beautiful Collingwood warehouse—located smack bang in Melbourne’s epicentre of innovation, is a bright, open and friendly space that inspires and encourages genius!

    Our building is a permanent home to a number of businesses, including an audio post-production house, music composition studio, video production and editing studio, a community organisation promoting mental health, among others—each with their own custom designed suites. The remainder of the space offers a range of private studios and open plan areas, with the potential to grow any number of businesses.

    Now we’re keen to get some like-minded people on board to share the space, potentially collaborate on work, and just be a part of what we have going on here. We’re really happy with the facilities and vibe we've created from the empty warehouse shell we started with, and are proud to call it home.

    There are currently 5 open plan desks available in the main space, allowing users to collaborate with others or work on their own projects. All desks are flooded with natural light as well as under desk heating for those cool Melbourne winters… 

    There is a fantastic communal kitchen and bar area, as well as two open-plan meeting spaces, and a large table for meetings or meals. We are located super close to multiple tram lines, bus routes, 5 mins walk from Victoria Park train station, and inundated with some of the best coffee, lunch spots, shopping strips, pubs, pork rolls, rooftop burgers around...

    Pricing Terms

    Single desk price is $110 p/w EX GST per week and includes a generous and beautifully designed workstation. You will also receive your own key & codes for 24/7 access. Cleaning, WiFi, and the use of all shared facilities are included. There will be a 4 week bond, but we are happy to negotiate lease terms to suit your requirements within reason.
