    Established in 2005 by artists for artists, the Appleton Street Studios is an environment designed to help creative people create.

    Appleton Street Studios comprises of 14 of individual work spaces within a two-story building, designed for serious professional and emerging artists.

    Each individual studio is lockable and the main studio entrance features electronic pass access. Studios range in size from 10 to 65 square meters over two floors.

    Appleton Street Studios provides many communal facilities such as an artists lounge and meeting area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a boardroom for private meetings. There are toilets and showers on both levels.

    The upper floor is carpeted and air conditioned and the lower floor remains cool in summer with its concrete floors.

    Studios are available with or without natural light. With large separate wash-up facilities for both oil and water-based products..

    Includes a gallery and cafe space, which can be used by both internal and guest artists for exhibitions and events.

    Pricing Terms

    From $400 per month inclusive of GST, power, water, internet, etc.

    Lease Conditions

    An agreement is signed by both Appleton Street Studios and the tenants at the start of a lease.
