    I manage three massive studio spaces within Precinct 75 , St. Peters.  I call them The Art Rooms 1 , 2 and 3. All suites offer great creative spaces available for rent. Sizes vary between 10m2 and 32m2 with a great 50m2 available for group workshops. Rental rates vary between $150 and $350 per week depending on which spot you take.

    I have a lovely sunny 18m2 studio rectangular space available soon in our Art Room 2. Would suit any artist, designer, maker,  start up business, visual artist or photographer. Someone keen to separate home from work and enjoy the benefits of working alongside others with room to spread their own creative wings.  Drenched with natural light , this space has its own opening window (with new block out blind), double power point, new ceiling fan and storage box shelving. We have just put super fast fibre internet into the studios so your rent includes unlimited access to this.

    Light, white, with wooden floorboards, and high ceilings, this clean white space is like a blank canvas just waiting for the right creative person to join the existing Art Roommates. All Art Rooms are on the first floor with stairs and a cage goods lift for easy 24/7 access. Plenty of parking within the complex or a short walk from either Sydenham or St. Peters train stations. Access to a GoGet car onsite. Bike racks and showers make peddling to work another option.

    The Art Rooms have great kitchenette facilities with a new drinking water cooling system. All studios have two sinks to keep tea and cake separate from paint and mucky stuff.  Adjoining Studio1 has clean unisex bathroom facilities with hot and cold water. We have just created a lovely light meeting room free for all Roomies to use on the inhouse booking system.

    All spaces have unlimited wifi, power points, some have opening windows and some are private and lockable rather than being open plan. This  studio space is in the open plan part of the studio but has 3\4 walls and can be made more private with flexible dividers depending on your need. This space is currently occupied by a bridal adornment designer.

    The Art Roomies are a very eclectic mix and presently consist of a photographer, two painters, two illustrators, a textile designer, two graphic designers, an architecture team, two fashion labels, a business coach, a marketing team and a PR team and a homewares designer.  Any applicant must be not too noisy or smelly in what they do! No sleepovers are permitted. The Art Room and Precinct 75 is strictly a no smoking site.

    The Art Room has a website , a FB and an instragram page. The benefits of being part of our creative community means we cross-fertilise ideas, help promote each other's projects and often work collaboratively.

    Precinct 75  is the creative hub to all sorts of colourful characters. Everyone from photographic studios, stylists, fashion houses, designers, film makers , painters and even a papermaker. It is now the home to Sample Coffee, The Urban Winery,The Rice Pantry, Willie The Boatman Craft Beer and numerous stylists and interior urban celebs!  The new carpark and security lighting make this site is very well serviced and a great safe place to work at any time of day or night.

    Lease Conditions

    Art Roomies sign an agreement lease based on common sense and courtesy.

    1 month bond, 1 month paid in advance via ET.

    2 months written notice if you wish to vacate.
