    We’re looking for like-minded businesses to share our architect-designed open-plan office located in the heart of Collingwood. The office is already home to our group of businesses: Assemble, a residential property developer focused on small footprint projects; Fieldwork, a young and energetic architecture and interior design practice; Local Peoples, a strategic design agency with a focus on creating positive social change through design; and Assemble Papers, our weekly online and biannual print publication about the culture of living closer together. Not to mention an abundance of plants, including a 9ft tall Dicksonia Antarctica fern we’ve affectionately named Fronds Ferndinand.

    The office is on street level with high ceilings and great access to natural light. Our favourite local cafes are Tiggy, Allpress and STREAT (right next-door).

    There are 10 desks available that would suit 1-2 small businesses of 4-10 people, however we are open to applications from smaller teams or individuals. The rent includes the following amenities:
