For people subletting a private area within the space, the communal areas can be booked for personal projects, with use of the space and props for shoots or exhibitions, included in monthly rent. Currently there are 3 subtenants. Roller door access and monitored alarm security. Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, tea and coffee facilities. Could suit a range of uses, creative studios and businesses.
