The studio on offer - private lockable studio. 3m x 5m. Empty shell, white walls. Beautiful light filled studio, with a focus on ceramics and ceramic proffessional practice. We have limited private studio spaces for practicing proffessional artists. These spaces offer a private lockable studio with 24hr key access.  Our private studio tenants also have access to shared equipment. Clay/sump sink, pug mill, Mop & vacuum, glaze room and glazing material storage, digital scales. Access to use shared work space with large table & 8 pottery wheels (for use outside of classroom hours). Sitting room/lunch area & kitchenette facilities. Option to participate in studio events, including special ceramic events, studio sales, open studios, markets, gallery shows etc.

Rent is paid per month in advance. We also require a $600 bond payment upon acceptance in our space. The studio offered is an empty shell, you are welcome to drill into walls and set up shelving etc to work as you desire. Though studio must be returned to its original state when leaving.As a new tenant in our space you will need to meet with us and put forward an application about your ceramic practice. We are a work space with professional working ceramic artists, seeking a professional working artist for our space. Please apply, even if ceramics is not your full time job but understand we treat this as a work space and is not for hobbyists or enthusiasts. Thank you kindly. Once we receive your enquiry, we will send through an application form asking particulars about your work. Needing visual references as well as an artist resume and personal references. We are a close community with 3 studios in our space. This is a very special opportunity to join our community of working artists.
