    $60/day for a Day Pass (excludes Meeting Room)

    $175/week for a Dedicated Desk

    $295/week for a Small Office

    $325/week for a Medium Office

    All prices include GST

    Meeting Room Hire (outside of a Membership) is $80/hour.

    Lease Conditions

    Membership to Building No. 2 includes agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out by Management. We seek to create a thriving and inclusive working environment for creative thinkers.

    Parking Notes

    Collingwood is an inner-city suburb, with very little street parking. You could try your luck or put your car in one of the parking lots found within 500 metres of Building 2. Try Ace Parking and Care Parking.
