*Rental fee to be paid at least one week in advance
*Security bond and insurances may be required.
*Space is used throughout the day 7 days pw but mezzanine can be made available for 1-4 hours at certain times and occasionally the open studio space depending on the nature of the hire.
*Hirers invited to email explaining:
-duration
-purpose
-audio needs (ie are you filming audio?)
-noise levels (ie how much noise you expect to make)
-number of people attending
-preferred dates to be considered.
*Please note: currently unlikely to be suitable for filming audio

Parking
There is a loading bay with one carspace available directly in front of the studio with advance notice. There's street parking across the road on the train tracks side with no time limit; outside same side as studio 2 hour limit, plus an IGA carpark just behind the studio with free 2 hour parking.
