    We are a young creative office/studio and hub.. a collective of creatives from all walks of life and we are looking for the next member to join our space. 

    We have space for up to 2 individuals who want and need a productive and gorgeous space to work in!

    Work in the middle of Elsternwick surrounding by a Plethera of Cafes, restaurants and just generally an awesome vibey suburb getting better known as “The wick!”

    Hanoi Hannah is just across the road, New Bang Bang 40m North ( Chris Lucas's new restaurant) and the aweome cafe Penta.. there is just so much to offer in this area. 

    Only approx 70metres from Elsternwick Station, the space is light filled with white painted timber floors; the walls are decorated by our Tiles – showroom to TILESOFEZRA – sun streaming in every morning through window exposing the large street frontage.

    Forget an office space this is more like a creative hub, one that promotes productivity and assists in taking your business to the next level.

    For $100/week + GST you will receive

    • Internet and full usage of the space with 24 hour access as you will have your own key cut, 
    • Front room with a comfortable white washed central table which we recommending a maximum of 4 people to be using
    • Kitchen area, which includes, Microwave, coffee machine, kettle and all utensils for a daily meal! 
    • Printer space or the use of a printer. 
    • Meeting room – which can also be used as a private meeting room space for times when concentration and silence is needed.
    • Back outdoor area for a winter red wine at the end of a long week or for some fresh air with a laptop during the day. 
    • Bathroom
    • Extra Shelving and storage available for filing if required/on request.

    We currently have Vicky, an architect who comes with Frankie – our mascot – A white French bulldog, and Jay our mortgage broker. Both legends! We are looking for 2 more legends to be part of the 3 Horne Street office space!

    LEASE CONDITIONS

    Medium to Long term hire, - single or multiple desk hire, - Full time ( 5 days week)

    We are happy for a month trial, to be followed by increments of 6 month time commitments.
