Who are we?
The Davidson team is comprised of designers, strategists, and branding fanatics. We’re a hard-working, easy-going bunch with a huge array of interests and hobbies that we love & love to share with the team. We’re looking for individuals that will contribute to the holistic, supportive environment that is quite unique to our studio.
Where are we?
The Davidson building is an iconic, modern office space situated within the heart of Richmond.
The studio is within walking distance from East Richmond, Richmond, and South Yarra stations, convenient for any commute. Located within a few minutes walk from many of Melbourne’s most well-regarded cafe’s and restaurants, you’ll enjoy the vibrant culture and endless options of Richmond’s food scene.
What is the space like?
The studio itself boasts of high ceilings, podium seating, sleek, glass meeting rooms, and architecturally designed steel walls. Each work station available is 80 cm x 210 cm and each with filing cabinet space and multiple power/wiring solutions tucked underneath.
How many workspaces are available?
We have 3-6 spaces currently open. While we prefer businesses in complementary industries, we know there is a lot to learn from individuals and companies structured differently from ours. This is why we have chosen to offer short-term rentals and scalable costs– meaning you don’t have to commit to a long-term contract.
What is included in the price?
In addition to the work stations, you will have access to the following communal areas:
- Reception (beautifully designed foyer to welcome clients and guests)
- Meeting Rooms (with 164 cm Apple TV & wifi)
- Kitchen Amenities (six metre long bench, Gemini Nespresso Machine, plates, kettle, fridge space, etc.)
- Library/Storage (ample space to store additional books and materials)
- Bathrooms + Shower
Amenities and maintenance fees included in the price are the following:
- High Speed / Secure internet connection
- Electricity, water, gas etc.
- Office Repairs & maintenance
- Snack Food & Coffee (tea, coffee, milk, fruit)
We have a limited number of spaces available in our tandem, underground carpark for an additional cost per spot. However, surrounding streets have plenty of parking available for your convenience.
