We have been here for 16 years and have seen the area evolve & love the location.

    Ideally I'd love to find a complimentary business to our hand made in Melbourne high end gowns to live within the building. Ideally someone with compatible products such as a jeweler, accessories, vintage dealer, hair, make up, stationary, florist, designer, etc.

    Also on the premises is milliner Richard Nylon and myself Gwendolynne a couture bridal business that has been trading for 20 years.

    This space has been used previously as a millinery studio, hair dresser and a make up artist. The space can be set up as a studio that one can sell from or just simply as a studio or office.

    I am open to the space being shared but realistically it would suit just two people and we need one person responsible for the finance.
