    The space is light filled, has a private sink, several power outlets and heritage doors which can be opened.


    Although there is no car parking, tenants are welcome to park a scooter or bike in the laneway out the back. There is also a loading bay out the front of the shop and plenty of affordable parking in Fremantle.
