INNX Hub’s Studio 20, overlooking Newcastle’s iconic Hunter Street and a short walk away from the Light Rail, is the perfect light-filled studio space for a creative business. With 24/7 secure access to the building and high-speed NBN Network WiFi, your creativity has no boundaries. The second floor is completely air conditioned, houses a modern kitchen shared between three businesses to encourage collaboration and allows your business to have a professional appearance both in person and online.
Innx Parry houses a large private meeting room, with a 65” ultra-high definition screen, Bose surround sound, Blue Ray Player, Chromecast Connectivity, flipchart, tea and coffee station and a huge whiteboard wall, ideal for brainstorming and workshops.
Get exclusive invitations to the Innx Hub Events, including monthly community lunches provided, to network with a wide range of business owners in the Hunter, and monthly workshops to brainstorm with like-minded individuals. The space can also be hired for after hour events.
We offer a 12-month licence agreement, with a 60-day notice period for flexibility. The space is $880.00 p/week (inc GST).
