Our agency office is a clean, creative space - think white walls, wooden floors and exposed beams - in a heritage-listed building at the entrance to the Rocks. We're just a short walk from Circular Quay, Wynyard Station, and the buzz of George Street.
Our desk space is flexible and can be arranged to suit a group of up to 8 to 10 working together, with access to wifi and secure storage. We have two bookable meeting rooms, and for casual break-outs or lunch times, our sunny roof terrace with a sneaky view of the Harbour Bridge is on hand. Kitchenette and bathroom facilities (including shower) are also available.
The space is shared with the iris Sydney team and the Hive, a boutique production and post-production company for film and video.
The prices shown are for a dedicated desk, with access to all of the shared facilities of the office including secure storage, bookable meeting rooms, and roof terrace.
We have a flexible space available and are open to working with guests to make the space meet their needs over the medium term - including moving desk configurations or additional use of floor space for other equipment as needed. We can accommodate a group of up to 10, and are open to discussing group rates for the use of the space.
Our house rules are simple and mainly relate to the individual nature of our heritage building:
Conduct: guests must observe the terms of our lease: no smoking, pets, or sleeping overnight in the office is permitted. Any large office equipment brought onto the premises must be approved by us, including the positioning within the office to meet the restrictions of our heritage-listed building. Guests must also comply with our health and safety regulations which will be shared on arrival.
Shared space: the roof terrace is a shared space for all users of the building, and can only be used for informal gatherings. It is not bookable.
Access: 24/7 access to iris Sydney is via a secure key fob. Guests must sign for these on arrival. If they are lost, there is a $75 charge to replace these.
Printing: Guests must bring their own equipment for printing and scanning.
Confidentiality: From time to time, guests may have sight of materials which are considered business sensitive and confidential. In this situation, guests will be required to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.
