Kingston Gardens Salvation Army has a large main hall equipped with newly updated lighting and audio systems capable of seating 150 people comfortably. This space has a raised platform area and the seating consists of both chairs and several couches. This room would be ideal for recitals, public forums, band practise or performance, media training and conferences. Also down stairs is a medium sized meeting room equipped with a piano and stereo system. This room is suited to small dance rehearsal, small music recitals up to 50 people, band practise, creative meetings and collaboration. Upstairs, there is also a large recreation room featuring a parachute hung from the ceiling, a sound system and kitchenette. In this room, you could hold singing practise, meditation, band practise, dance practise and general craft classes. Outside, there is a Sensory garden and music shed developed within a renovated tennis court. This space would be ideal for life drawing of plants and items, outdoor performances or functions, creative children play groups or activities.
Pricing is varied according to which rooms you wish to hire, and the equipment required.
Hiring is subsequent to management approval in relation to other community bookings and commitments.
We are a dry site and no alcohol can be consumed on site.
