The space is large and light fllled: 14.4 sq m (4m x 3.6m). Ceiling is 3m high.
It is a versatile, quiet working space with natural light, white walls and wooden floors.**
**The room was difficult to photograph and is occupied at the moment. The walls are freshly painted, the floors are shiny and polished; and it has a decent sized window with a green, street aspect!
The walls can be utilised as long as they are patched and returned to white when you leave.
Perfect for painting, drawing, textiles, small sculpture, computer based work, as an office, etc, etc, etc
Basically your work just needs to be low noise and low toxic material based.
Price is ALL inclusive of utilities, WIFI, use of kitchen an other areas of the extended house / expansive garden.
*There is a range of furniture here to use. I can also build basic custom furniture by request.
**Access by request to a makers workshop - welding, wood, moulding and casting, etc - outside on the same property.
