    Exchange Workspaces - Richmond is the first co-working space for built environment professionals in Australia.Created by designers, for designers.

    We understand that professionals in our industry have specific working needs that most plug and play co-working spaces don’t cater to.

    The Design Hub extends to its members up to date communal material and product resources, supplier presentations and Industry events for obtaining CPD points.

    This doesn’t mean we do not cultivate and foster a diverse range of members, after all this is what makes co- working great! Our aim is to make our space as useful for designers as it is for the rest of our members.

    We offer full time reception and mail collection via pigeon hole, 100/100 fibre WIFI, printing facilities, high security and 24 hour access, meeting and board rooms for up to 20 pax, privacy pods and phone booth.

    We are also dog-friendly, we have an on0site cafe and full kitchenette, we offer a stocked fridge with soft drinks, fruit, milk and snacks! We have bicycle storage and a shower.

    Lease Conditions

    We have three membership types for the ground floor co-working space.

    - Limited Resident membership with dedicated desk space at $560 per month.

    - XL Resident membership with larger dedicated desk space at $650 per month.

    - Flexi-membership with 12 days access to the space at $350 per month.

    Co-working membership are for a minimum 3 month contract.

    We also have brand new private offices available on our newly renovate Level 1, varying from 4 pax - 20 pax so your teams can grow up with Exchange!

    Our private offices are for a minimum 12 month contract.

    -2 minute walk from tram network on Swan Street.

    -5 minute walk from Richmond Train Station.

    All day parking available at Ace Parking (Coles Richmond Icon.) Care Park (21 Stephenson Street) and Care Park (13-15 Swan Street.)
