    Generously-sized space in office suite suitable for small business looking for affordable space. The office is light-filled with large windows and high ceilings. The space is semi-separated from our team for some privacy and there is a shared sitting area with couch and Internet-connected TV. The building has a shared kitchette and bathrooms, as well as a small conference table for meetings.

    We are a PR agency working in the film industry and have subleased the space since 2011. We're friendly and enjoy sharing the space with new people!

    Close to Central Station and Redfern Station, as well as the busy cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants of East Redfern and Surry Hills. Great area and building with friendly neighbours. Plenty of street parking, often easy to find an all day spot to avoid the parking inspectors!

    Our lease will end on 31 July 2021 and we plan to vacate the space so it is a short-term contrtact of 1 year max. It would perfectly suit a small business of 4-6 employees looking to downsize their office space in the short team due to Covid, or a new business looking to grow into a larger space after a year and looking for a short-term lease. We're mostly working from home from the foreseeable future so the space is quiet and safe.
