    Who are you?

    We have some space to spare and hoping to offer to small businesses looking for a creative space and inclusive environment in an enviable CBD location. We have 12 desks to offer, however happy to offer 1 or all depending on the size of your team (1 person per desk). 

    Who are we?

    Professionally: A boutique professional services firm located at the Southern Cross end of Flinders Lane, ideal CBD location walking distance from Crown complex, Southern Cross station and countless coffee shops & restaurants. 

    Personally: We are hard working, passionate people who love what we do. The office environment is sociable, happy and enthusiastic, and we often enjoy a drink or two on a Friday afternoon to celebrate another week (and you are more than welcome to join us!). We have a big bench for inclusive and social lunch conversations – be prepared for in-depth Game of Thrones debriefs, and the occasional impromptu discussion panel around People Magazine’s cover stories. 

    Rental length terms are negotiable but ideally we would be looking for 3 – 12 months – please don’t hesitate to get in touch if your needs are outside of those as we are happy to be flexible.
