Lilyfield Ultra spacious Living and Deck

This house is a 1940 built Solid Brick house in the front and large modern extention living space and deck at the back. We have a spacious Living/Dining Space that free flows onto a new very large deck which is semi-shaded by a leafy large tree in the spring and summer months (leaves fall off in winter allowing full sunlight into the space.  This space could be used for film, TV, photo shoots for furniture or fashion and much more. We have a fairly modern kitchen and a very long 20m Hallway for long depth shots.    We also have Professional Art Hangers attached to the top of the hallway wall for any art shots using the depth of the Hallway for your use. Hanging wire provided. The bedrooms, bathroom and Office would be off limits but negotiable if they are needed for the same shoot utilising the other spaces.  The place is leased as a home/office and we have permission to utilise the space commercially for this purpose.
