Sitting above Little Bourke Street and Hardware Lane, our ex-art gallery space has been converted into a stunning office environment. A great balance between 'wow' and gritty, the space has plenty of character and enjoys the buzz from the street level cafes below.
We're a well established, yet relatively small creative studio. We have a few spare seats, and rather than let them gather dust we figure it would be better having some more like-minded people to hang out with.
Who are we looking for? We use our entire space to run our business, and happy to share the lot. But it's important there's a good cultural fit. We regularly hosting meetings and run the occasional workshop, so as you can imagine we have to be discerning with who we share with. Ideally, you will have a small business with one or two people (three max), and it may even be complementary or in some way related to our industry. The boardroom is available for you to host your own meetings. We have great desks, chairs and drawers but we don't have an abundance of available storage.
We're spoilt with great food and coffee - from Brother Baba Budan to Workshop Bros to Manchester Press, all within 50 metres.
If this sounds of interest, we'd love to hear from you to discuss the nuances and negotiate a fair price.
We have all services in place, including internet and utilities, so there are no additional costs. Use of existing (high quality) colour laser printer is available for a reasonable fee.
There are no special conditions, but duration can be negotiated.
