    Inside offers a polished concrete industrial look and a synthetic grass area against white walls and overhead exposed beams, the set up is a stylist dream.  The various mediums are the perfect backdrop for your photoshoot or to launch your latest fashion designs by adding a runway.

    Pricing Terms

    Office space is booked on days required invoice on a monthly basis, with 1 months notice vacating - therefore first invoice will be for 2 months. Rates negotiable for venue use to office tenants needs e.g. photoshoots, workshops, social, private or business needs.

    Get out of your house, off the kitchen table and come join the team at Little Ginger Offices... perfect for graphic designer, social media manager, photographer or any other independent wanting an address away from home!

    Special Requirements

    Temporary Liquor Licence applies if the event is selling alcohol or is serving alcohol as part of a paid ticketed entry event... Our team can assist you with the application if required. Security may apply to adult only functions where alcohol is being served.

    Lease Conditions

    Whether you need a co-working creative space from 1 day to 7 days, a workshop or gallery space for a day or a week or have an event date to organise we have space and rates for you.

    Office desk only (booked monthly) - $55 for 1 day, $88 for 2 days, $110 for 3 days, $165 for 5 days

    Photoshoots Full Venue mid week $297 up to 4 hours, $550 up to 8 hours - includes fully equipped kitchen facilities - t/c, use of props, tables, chairs, outdoor area

    Rates include GST, cleaning and outgoings
