Our graphic design studio is an airy oasis in the midst of Melbourne's bustling Hardware Precinct. Light, spacious with arched windows and heritage features.
120 sq metre space (17m north to south x 7.5m east to west), vaulted ceiling, polished floorboards throughout the space. Large arched windows run the length of the eastern facing wall allowing for great natural light throughout the day.
The building is rich with history; former residents include Melbourne artist Mirka Mora, and magician, Sam 'Master of Illusion' Angelico.
Space is open-plan and includes custom built work-station desks – one which is available for rent (for individual practitioners or a group of up to three) - the desk is 2.4m x 2.4m.
