Mister Morris offers nine separate studio spaces, shared workshop and a versatile gallery shop front with half and double space options availiable. The 300 square metre space is drenched in natural light, thanks to the cavernous warehouse roof and huge shop front window. Mister Morris exhibits industrial chic paired with a polish intended to remain.
Already housing industrial design firm Ben-Tovim Designs, fashionista Zo Sandow and DeadRinger Homewares, spaces are available but filling fast.
Owner and creator Kyle Morris, self professed creative by nature and electrician by circumstance, dreamed of something beautiful to house collaboration and sharing between resident artists, designers and makers.
Mister Morris welcomes applications from emerging and established creatives for solo, group and curated exhibitions.
The modular and versatile Gallery Space and Shop Front at Mister Morris is suitable for visual arts, music, small scale performing arts, community, multi media, film events and pop up shops.
Mister Morris is supported by the City of Darebin and the Active Spaces in Darebin program.
