    We are located on the corner of Queen and Lonsdale street in the heart of the legal precinct of Melbourne CBD. At Level 6, 250 Queen St we offer five private offices suitable for the creative industries and other desk-based practitioners with plenty of natural light entering the building ranging from 8 to 16.8 sqm in size.


    The floor is currently part-occupied by a start-up in the property development industry that produces in-house marketing as well as graphic and interior design solutions for its own developments. We welcome other creatives into our space.

    Our offices are decorated with modern art, are fully enclosed in privacy (frosted) glass and are individually lockable. The offices come fully furnished with desks, swivel chairs and cabinets. We also provide a receptionist and a meeting room as well as unlimited internet and national phone calls.
