NEW FIT OUT: CREATIVE WORKSPACE
We are fitting out level one of an old warehouse in Richmond. We are a group of interior designers who would like to share the space with other designers. The space is designed for inspiration and creativity with workshop space, layout space, materials library and storage. It also accommodates 28 desks, 2 large workshop/meeting rooms, a large staff breakout/standing workshop area and amenities including a shower for those who want to cycle in. The space has great light, unincumbered views and good storage. The action workstations are from Living Edge (a new range from Herman Miller by a Japanese designer!) and will be 1500L. And yes… We have gone for the soft pink bases! http://www.poshworkspace.com/en/products/desking.
The finishes palette is light and bright to ensure we bounce as much natural light around as possible. We have secured some lovely terrazzo stone from Signorino and painted the existing stair balustrade soft pink – woo!

Storage allocation per company/desk to be negotiated (we understand you would need to store your computers/server)
