    A classic old industrial style warehouse space that was once used as a joinery workshop, and still retains a large number of the original features:

    • concrete furniture / kitchen

    Consisting of one large main room with great natural light and large fully opening doors, it is a great space for photography, styling, demonstrations or pop-up exhibitions.

    It's a room busrting with character and history. The west facing sliding door means (and a conveniently located neighbouring hill) means there is exceptional light around golden hour.

    Pricing Terms

    50% deposit (more than 2 weeks out). This is refundable with a minimum of one week's notice, otherwise only refundable if another hirer is found.

    50% balance payable at start of hire.

    Visa and Mastercard accepted.

    Lease Conditions

    The space is available by arrangement for short periods, maximum one week. The space backs onto a workshop that is active from 8am to 3.30pm, so during this time there may be background noise. It is dead quiet evenings and weekends.

    Minimum 1 hour if you are happy to work around the furniture/pieces in the room.

    Minimum half day hire if you require the room to be cleared (as much as is possible).

    Parking Notes

    Free off street parking for a handful of cars. Plenty of free street parking. Also a large yard adjacent that can often be used (for free) with a bit of notice.
