Space overview
ELIO is an intimate event space and creative studio in Highgate. We offer an all-white, blank canvas for users to create their own exhibitions, events, dinners and parties. Our white floors and walls act as the perfect setting for curated and considered events.
The overall feel of ELIO is light, bright and intimate. We created this space to appeal to clients looking for a blank canvas. With souring high ceilings, a fresh white interior and moody courtyard, ELIO is the perfect venue for a variety of events. ELIO is divided into four main sections. Rooms 1 & 2 are the main event/exhibition areas, Room 3 is a small kitchenette and storage space and out the back is a cosy courtyard and toilet. MAIN SPACE: - Plastered walls - White floor boards - Pendant lighting - High ceilings KITCHENTTE - Sink - Fridge - Cleaning Supplies Courtyard - Brick - Festoon Lights - Outdoor Seating + Umbrella
ELIO is in walking distance of HBF Stadium, East Perth Train Station and the William Street and Beaufort Street precincts.
