    Residency Studios is a co-working creative space on the corner of Nicholson & Kerr Streets in Fiztroy, run by Website Developer Joshua Speechley, Designer Tim Baker & Architecture Draftsman Sam Bell and home to some great people.

    The office is beautiful; full of light, heaps of space, awesome kitchen, two bathrooms/showers.

    Currently we have four desks for rent, where we've already got some great local designers and creatives working.

    Desks are $460 per month to rent, which includes gst, all of your bills, your desk, a chair, everything, and gives you a key and code and full access.

    Single desk or group rates available.
