We've enjoyed the office for 5 years and the available office was previously enjoyed by bookeepers, retailers doing their bookwood, and most recently by a builder/developer - who's business grew and he relocated to a larger space to accommodate his larger admin team.
Rent is $125 per week plus GST paid monthly. Bond is one month's rent. Three month initial term then month by month arrangement.
There is no reception so it is not suitable for those seeing patients but fine for the occassional meeting. There is no lift and we are on the first floor.
