    The St Martins Rehearsal Space is a light and bright studio style space with minimal décor and a tarkett floor covering. It can be hired as a space for rehearsal purposes, conferences, presentations and workshops.

    The space can seat around 50 people for a presentation style event or comfortably hold around 25 people for a movement based workshop or class. The space has a sound system installed and easily accomodates extra equipment and furniture with prior arrangement. St Martins has seating, furniture, sound, lighting and AV equipment available to hire and the staff to install it for you if needed.

    The space is part of a theatre complex with multiple venues with the knowledge and equipment to host all types of events.

    Pricing Terms

    St Martins has a different pricing structure available to not for profit and community groups. Each group is approached individually and is at the discretion of St Martins.

    Special Requirements

    You may apply for a special license to sell alcohol at your event.

    Parking Notes

    St Martins has a car park and provides a parking spot for the hirer. The hirer can pay for more car parks or make use of the free and paid parking surrounding the venue.
