We have a flourishing flexi area which attracts a large scale of different styles of businesses. The hot desks cater to creative ventures comfortably, as you can come and go as needed depending on your schedule and workload without needing to pay for extensive overheads usually reflected in having your own office.  The Cluster has a unique community culture where people treat the space like their second home and their co-workers like family but still manage to find a perfect professional balance when needed.
