Versatile set up/seating options and capacities:
Dining furniture for 50 - 150 guests. Cocktail furniture for 50 - 300 guests
Theatre seating for 100 - 320 guests (can be increased to 445 if required- fees will apply)
In-house sound and lighting systems and the support of an experienced AV technician from IJS Production for 5 hours - if you have your own sound and/or lighting engineer/s, they are welcome to operate our equipment as long as an IJS tech person is on-site. Included tech specs attached: mics, foldbacks etc
Projection - Huge on-stage projection screen
Cleaning - Before and after event cleaning
BYO Caterer - Use of kitchen and serving area
Raise Funds - hire of The Princess Theatre offers a unique opportunity to sell food and beverages to raise funds for your chosen cause.
On-site venue management - There will also be someone onsite to open, close and assist when required.
Guests are welcome to arrange their own licenced catering.
Secure parking available next door at Hotel Diana $5 flat fee after 4pm, Mon - Sun.
Street parking is also available in nearby side streets
Load in and Load out access via lane directly next to the theatre
