    Our beautiful space is composed of a two storey lofty complex with lots of natural light it is a great space for other creatives to work. The ground floor is available and can be used conferences, meetings but also for photography, fashion or many other creative outlets/avenues.

    Lease Conditions

    We are looking to sublet the first floor of this beautiful new office. As you will be sharing the building with our digital agency we would like for you to respect the co-shared spaces and to keep those spaces clean and tidy. The space is cleaned once a week by a professional cleaning agency. The rent is inclusive of bills.
