    We are an independent curatorial agency who lease space from another small, thriving creative business. We are offering a three-person space in our area of this large open-plan office on the first floor of a light-filled converted warehouse.

    Located in the heart of Newtown, tucked away just behind King Street and a stone's throw from public transport, the office is a tranquil retreat from the bustling streets outside. Original warehouse features, tonnes of natural light, a fabulous art collection and cute potplants add character while the shared facilities - spacious meeting room, open plan kitchen & lounge area, 2 toilets, air conditioning and rear loading dock provide practicality and creature comforts.

    Our shared office is 100% in the creative industries. We curate exhibtions across Australia and work closely with artists who come in and out of the office on a regular basis. Our hosts are a well-established arts business providing services to galleries here and internationally with a small, friendly staff. On a busy day there could be ten people in the office across the different organisations but a typical day sees more like seven. It makes for a genial but quiet working environment where your small company is sure to feel at home. We are looking for like-minded people also working in the arts, design, architecture, publishing or similar.

    Ideally you will be a small company who could make use of this three-desk space. The office is ideally suited to a creative organisation or any group looking to situate themselves in a professional but relaxed and creative environment.

    Pop out to grab a coffee or lunch from one of Newtown's myriad of takeaway and dining choices, or prepare your own lunch in the kitchen (appointed with microwave, fridge, kettle, sandwich press etc) and chill out on the lounge.

    Office Amentities: Office furniture supplied (fixed desks & Luxy brand office chairs), Built-in shelves above desks, Meeting Room (accommodates eight comfortably), Wifi (maximum data usage applies), Openable windows, High ceilings, Air Conditioning, Loading Dock with roller door, Optional storage shelves behind desk area.

    Accessibility: First-floor space accessible only via stairs, entry via security door on Wilson St (security passes supplied). Secondary access via rear loading dock also includes six stairs up into office.

    Trains: 5 minute walk to Newtown Station (T2 Inner West & South Line); 9 minute walk to Erskineville Station (T3 Bankstown Line)

    Buses: Less than 5 minute walk to bus stops servicing routes 352, 355, 370, 422, 423, 426, 428 & M30.

    Neighbourhood features: Short walk to Messina (!), Australia Post, Newsagency, Restaurants, Cafes, Pubs, Bookshops, Childcare Centres, Dendy cinema.

    Lease Conditions

    At this stage lease will be until 30 June with option to extend TBC. Notice period and deposit applies.

    Rental price listed is for all 3 desks which is our preferred option - each at $90 per week plus GST. We are open to conversations about 1-2 desks but interest for all 3 desks will take priority.
