    Based for the past 20 years in the Darebin Enterprise Centre in Alphington, the Victorian Design Group (VDG) has spaces available for new members. The VDG is a cooperative workshop for designers. Historically furniture but is also open to industrial designers and other creatives who require some space, a workbench and access to a machine shop and spray booth. This includes a tilting panel/table saw, thicknesser, planer/buzzer, bandsaw, lathe, drill press, mortise, disc/spindle sanders, and various hand machinery. Applicants must be experienced and competent in the use of all machinery. 


    There are usually about 10 members using a large common area with individual work benches. 

    We are looking for people wanting to explore there own ideas and work in pleasant and collegial environment which is run by its own members.

    Options of full-time (24/7 access, currently $500 per month)) and part-time (2 days per week + unlimited after hours access, currently $250 per month) membership are available.
