Cocoa Jackson studios is located on the corner of Cocoa Jackson Lane and Warburton Street in Brunswick and is the new home of Junky Projects.

A two storey, multi-purpose arts space with gallery for events, art storage, collaboration, photo shoots, film shoots, private functions, group lessons and art practice. 

Studio spaces are open plan - sunny, airy and available on the upstairs level.

Upstairs is dedicated open plan studio space suited to artists and professionals.

Downstairs is a gallery, event and multi use floor suitable for community groups, teams and workshops.

Photo shoots and film crews can use either area.

Access is from 10am until 10PM.

The price range for groups starts at $250 (for up to 6 hours on site). This includes the services of the onsite manager and access to the kitchenette. Hourly rates over and above six hours are $35 per additional hour.

For single use under 3 hours the rate is $75 per hour.

Allocated studio space and storage starts at $300 per calendar month.

People using the space for one week or longer are required to lodge a bond of $100.

All bills are included in the rates.

We offer student discounts, per person rates, facilitated workshops, street art floor talks, facilitated street art workshops, discounts to community groups, discounts to people who pay in advance and people seeking longer term facilities for creating art.
