Details:
Established in 1999, the Counihan Gallery In Brunswick actively promotes and inspires innovation and diversity in contemporary visual arts through its annual program of ten exhibitions. The gallery operates as a venue for hire, accepting applications by June 30 for the following year's program.
This space has a foyer and gallery, 200 square meters of floor space with two movable wall partitions, separating the gallery into 3 equal sections. Ceilings are constructed of curved plywood.
The Gallery is located within Brunswick Town Hall Municipal Complex, with entry past front reception desk (staffed by gallery).
Loading Bay at rear. Ramp access at front. Security camera monitored 24 hours.
Erco floodlights and spotlights on dedicated lighting grid. 25 plinths of various sizes and shapes available. Gallery frames (limewash box style) various sizes, 150 available.
PA system, DVD player, VCR player, TV unit, data/video projector, mini hi fi system available to use.
