I'm looking for a designer to rent out the last space and share with myself and other designers at my newly renovated studio in Northcote. Would suit designer who works mainly from the computer.
Looking for long term rental with established professional.
Note- The rent is $500/month for a 5m x 4m space on the Mezzanine and communal shared space downstairs. This price covers bills and internet.
