White Street Studios

    White Street studios is a community of artisans working along side each other. At present there are in residence two jewellers, and a seamstress, a coffee van and salvage merchants. It is a unique, inspiring space - located within the working warehouse piled high with salvaged treasures are 8 studios. Each studio is different, created from salvaged materials, different colours, doors and windows. There is natural light to each studio and a stunning space for creative photography. 

    Pricing Terms

    Mimimum terms is 3 months, $550 per month. If you require a shorter term a higher rate is applied, please contact us for more details on the other spaces we have within the studio - Meeting room, hot desking, photo shoots, exhibition space etc.

    Special Requirements

    Our private studios are available for rent on a minimum three month term. We are cultivating a supportive community for creatives of all backgrounds.

    As a working warehouse renovating salvaged materials there is noise in the warehouse at times.

    We are seeking businesses to share our space who are aligned with the business principles of Salvage Merchants who can work alongside other businesess.

    Parking Notes

    Parking available on site for max 6 cars. We have a coffee van - Cafe Starstruck parked until 12 each day, and if parking is full there is also street parking within easy walking distance.
