We have 6 workstations available in our architecture office located at the top of Swan Street on the border of Richmond and Hawthorn.
We are a team of 6 architects with admin support who currently take up 6 spaces and are looking for complementary businesses or individuals to share our space.
There are 6 workstations available which are 1750mm long x 800mm deep and are arranged in a bank of 4 (2 either side facing in) or bank of 2 side by side facing a low wall.
The office includes a front meeting area which seats 8 people and a second break-out meeting space which seats 4. There is a small kitchenette, bathrooms and showers available in the building. The office is fully airconditioned/heated.
There is a b&w/colour A3/A4 printer available, and land line phones can be made available. Each workstation comes with a chair. There are storage options available above some of the workstations, in the library area and in white cupboards. the office is cleaned by commercial cleaners and available to used 24/7.
There is paid parking available within a couple of hundred meters of the site and free parking a 10min walk if required.
The cost is $90 + GST per workstation per week and landline phones are available at a cost of $20 + GST plus call costs.
