This is a lovely light filled room located on the upper floor (part of an architect's office). This room would comfortably accommodate 1 - 2 people.
This wonderful room has abundant natural daylight, and has just been fitted with extensive power and data points to enable efficient work in a wonderful space. It's been freshly painted, timber floorboards, has a lovely Victorian terrace vibe and is ready to move into. Other features include heating, shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, and access to small courtyard and laneway entry.
Our building is located on Rathdowne St, close to the Rathdowne Village where coffee (and cafes) are abundant. We are also close to many pubs, retail and restaurants/ bars. We are spoiled for choice.
It's also easy to get here. We are one block away from the Canning St cycling superhighway; we are on the bus route into the city; and are halfway between the Nicolson and Lygon St tram lines.
It's also a pleasant walk into the CBD.
