Space overview
It's a fully functional music production studio and can also be used as a small band rehearsal/writing room with instruments available for use. As the name suggests, the space itself is a work in progress as the build (acoustic treatment and isolation) is still ongoing.
The studio is a 15sqm room with some skylighting. Floors have been covered with rubber vinyl flooring for sound proofing, and acoustic build is in progress. Perfect space for music production and small band writing sessions.
The studio is on the second floor of a warehouse that holds other creative studios (painters, sculptors, other musicians, a recording studio).
We are located right next to Taverners Hill light rail stop and Parramatta Road bus stops.
Lewisham Hotel close by and a 7-Eleven 5 mins away for quick snack runs.
