    Blix Spaces is a state of the art co-working and event space in the heart of Port Melbourne.

    The venue is sleek and clean, loaded with lots of natural light and has a contemporary ambiance. The open layout creates a novel space that can be reinvented for many purposes, including workshops, meetings, photoshoots and openings/launches.

    Blix Spaces is made up of several meeting rooms, collaborative work spaces, desks, an executive board room, small nooks for quiet meetings, We have a large social area that is home to table tennis, a cafè grade espresso machine and of course our bar, Lloyds Bar. 

    The venue can be hired for co-working, workshops and meetings.

    Conveniently located only a 5-minute walk to Bay street cafes, shopping and a 1-minute walk to the tram stop, it is situated in an exciting and bustling area and is the perfect destination for various occasions and events.

    Pricing Terms

    $35exGST per day or $700exGST per month co-working. This includes: fibre optic wifi, printing facilities, kitchen and bathroom amenities, use of San Marino coffee machine, meeting rooms, etc. We also offer meeting room hire and the venue is available to be hired for events. Event hire cost $500exGST per day or $75exGST per hour. Special requirements and after hour pricing to be discussed.

    There is plenty of on street parking around us. We also have limited car spaces available at a monthly cost.
