East Richmond train station is only 300m away and there is plenty of free parking in the neighboring streets. The space can accommodate 14 people at capacity however we are opting to keep some vacant seats to allow businesses to grow into the space and avoid the transient nature of a lot of the other co working options available.

    The desks are 1350w so plenty of room for an individual however if you are someone who needs 2700w we can easily double up two desks. All four spaces do not need to be taken, we would entertain an individual or a duo as we are not looking to over crowd the space.

    2700 x 750 desk available (sits 2 people) - Starting from $1050. per month

    Lease Conditions

    Min 3 Month term.

    Month-Month to month thereafter.

    Invoiced monthly in advance on the 15th.
