We are looking to welcome a third person into our shared creative studio in the heart of Fitzroy.
The studio located in the heart of the cafe district of Fitzroy, just off Brunswick Street only minutes to the Carlton Gardens and city.
The available space has high ceilings, timber floors, windows, shelf storage, freight lift access and incredibly secure lock-up entry.
You will be sharing with me (Holly) creative practitioner and clothing maker and Troy, an industrial designer.
Suitable for one other creative/designer/architect/artist/photographer etc. to move straight in. There's a desk waiting for you and everything!
Recently painted with shared work bench and an old style drawing board.
Space is located on the first floor in the unique, Moran Cato warehouse amongst a hub of likeminded designers and artists with secure lock up, 24/7 access and intercom.
The studio is close to buses, trams, has street parking and is on the doorstep of great cafes for out of office client meetings or just enjoying the good life!
PRICING TERMS
Rent is paid on the first day of occupation and then on the same day every month thereafter. EFT transfer into a nominated bank account is required. A four week notice period applies for both parties. $380/pm
