Experience the grandeur and the history of the magnificent Hobart Town Hall, the scene of many special occasions and events since 1866, including balls, wedding receptions, public meetings, floral festivals and concerts.
The Town Hall Ball Room seats up to 300 people and remains a popular and, unsurprisingly, conveniently central location for meetings, forums, presentations, fairs, performances, conventions and formal dinners for up to 130 people.
Facilities include a basic public address system, kitchen facilities, level access, multiple seating arrangements, a Steinway grand piano and a magnificent, imposing piped organ that commands the room.
